Katey McGregor Ross

Katey McGregor Ross currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Tactacam LLC since November 2023. Previously, Katey held the position of Vice President of People and Director of Human Resources at Next Glass from July 2019 to November 2023, leading initiatives in strategic planning and policy development. Katey’s extensive experience at The Walt Disney Company spanned from 2010 to 2019, with roles including Executive Learning & Development and Women@Disney D&I Strategy Leader, overseeing learning programs for executives and managing talent acquisition. Katey began her career in operations at Disney Parks & Resorts. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Hospitality and Tourism Management from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
