Ameya Limaye

Ameya Limaye has a diverse work experience in the field of research and pharmaceuticals. They currently work as a Research Scientist at SyntheX. Prior to that, Ameya worked as a Peptide Development Research Associate at The University of Georgia, where they were involved in designing and characterizing peptides targeting intracellular interactions. They also collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop disruptor peptides and contributed to the discovery of a new mechanism of PKC maturation.

Ameya also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy, where they instructed and graded undergraduate students in Drug Development and Pharmaceutical Techniques labs. Additionally, Ameya gained experience as an Operations Management Specialist at J.B.CHEMICALS & PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, where they monitored manufacturing process efficiency and provided insights to improve efficiency in accordance with guidelines.

They also completed an internship at MEYER ORGANICS PVT. LTD. Overall, Ameya's work experience demonstrates their expertise in research, peptide development, teaching, and operational management in the pharmaceutical industry.

Ameya Limaye holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from The University of Georgia. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Pharma. Tech. from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Ameya also obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the same institution, NMIMS, from 2011 to 2015.
