Rohit Satish

Rohit Satish is an accomplished materials scientist with extensive experience in the field of energy storage technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist II at Nano One Materials Corp. from December 2022 to July 2024, Rohit previously held the position of Senior Research Scientist at E-One Moli Energy, where the focus was on evaluating cathode materials for high power and energy storage applications. A Postdoctoral Researcher at Berkeley Lab from July 2019 to October 2021, Rohit provided expertise in electrochemical testing and analysis of lithium-ion cells. Prior to that, Rohit served as Principal Scientist at INVOLT Pte. Ltd., developing high energy density hybrid supercapacitors. Rohit gained additional research experience as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, investigating reactions on lithium-ion battery cathode surfaces, and as a Project Officer, where a safety protocol for lithium-ion battery handling was developed. Rohit earned a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
