Brandy Anderson currently serves as General Counsel for Synthica Energy since June 2024. Prior to this role, Brandy held various positions at Bioenergy Devco from April 2021 to June 2024, including General Counsel, Acting General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Transactions Counsel. Brandy's experience also includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Land Management and Corporate Counsel at Alliance Coal, LLC from October 2006 to April 2021. Additionally, Brandy contributed as a Legal Writing Instructor at the University of Kentucky and worked as an Associate at Dow Lohnes PLLC. Early in Brandy's career, a position as Staff Attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit was held. Brandy Anderson earned a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a BA in Political Science and History from Webster University.
