Jignesh Gohil

Jignesh Gohil currently serves as Chief Manager of Corporate HR at Synthimed Labs Private Limited since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jignesh held the position of Senior Manager HR at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited from July 2023 to June 2025. With extensive experience in human resources, Jignesh worked at Zydus Group from May 2014 to July 2023, fulfilling various HRBP roles, including Manager and Associate Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions at Welspun Group, where Jignesh advanced from Sr. Officer to Deputy Manager in HR. Jignesh holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from IGNOU and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR from Narmada College of Science & Commerce. Education also includes HSC in Commerce from Ambubhai Purani High School, Rajpipla.
