Jaivardhan Sharma(夏捷旺）

Jaivardhan Sharma has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jaivardhan currently holds the position of Sales Director at Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd, where they are responsible for developing and executing business development strategies. Prior to this, they worked at Nanjing Sunlord Electronics Co., Ltd. as the Strategic Director, where they were involved in building expansion strategies and implementing IT solutions. In addition, they worked at Sterlite Technologies Limited for several years in roles such as Head of Integrated Planning & SCM, Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Associate Manager. Their responsibilities at Sterlite Technologies included maximizing business revenue, managing inventory levels, leading international sales, and implementing sales plans. Before that, they worked as the China Representative at Designco Import & Export Co. Ltd(Shanghai), where they managed overall P&L responsibilities and led various teams to drive business growth in China.

Jaivardhan Sharma (夏捷旺）completed a Master's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Chinese from Delhi University from 2005 to 2007. From 2015 onwards, Jaivardhan Sharma attended the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and obtained a degree in Key Account Management. Additionally, they also completed a Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) from CEIBS and IESE Business School, specializing in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from 2017 to 2019.
