Nathan Lile

Nathan Lile is the Co-Founder and CEO of SynthLabs, where a focus on hiring researchers and engineers is currently underway. As a volunteer with EleutherAI since August 2023, Nathan engages in independent research on open-source language models and has collaborated on a research paper. Previously, Nathan served as Chief of Staff at Stability AI, where responsibilities included leading negotiations for a partnership with AWS SageMaker. Nathan's athletic background includes professional swimming with Gamecock Aquatics, participating in the USA Olympic Swimming Trials and achieving notable rankings and awards. Nathan holds an MBA from Godbold School of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy from Gardner-Webb University.
