Chellene Yee

Chellene Yee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Chellene started their career in 2002 with Sony Electronics, where they worked as a Management Trainee/HR Officer and later as a Senior HR Officer. In 2005, they moved to Pfizer and held various roles, including Associate HR Manager, HR Manager, and Regional HR Ops Manager for the APAC region. In 2016, they joined AIA as the Head of Performance & Rewards for AIA Shared Services. Currently, they are the Head of Compensation & Benefits at Synthomer plc. throughout 2017.

Chellene Yee earned a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) between 1999 and 2002.
