Justin O'Doherty

Justin O'Doherty has extensive work experience in operations and management roles in the chemical industry. Justin started their career in 1993 at ICI Chemicals & Polymers and ICI plc, where they worked as a Process Engineer and later as a Plant Manager. In 2001, they joined INEOS Fluor and Ineos as a Senior Plant Manager and Plant Manager respectively. Justin then moved to PQ Corporation in 2007, where they held positions such as Site General Manager and Vice President of Operations Europe, Asia & South Africa. Since 2016, they have been working at Synthomer in various roles, including Manufacturing Excellence Director, Operations Director Asia, Vice President of Operations, Performance Elastomers, and currently, as the Vice President of Health & Protection and Operations Asia.

From 1989 to 1993, Justin O'Doherty attended Munster Technological University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
