Muzaparshah Mustaffa

Muzaparshah Mustaffa has extensive experience in maintenance management, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Synthomer Sdn Bhd since September 2013, where responsibilities include managing the maintenance department, minimizing downtime, and developing engineering solutions to improve plant operations. Prior to this role, Muzaparshah held the position of Maintenance Manager at BASF from October 1997 to April 2013, where coordination of maintenance activities and effective execution were key focus areas, and also served as a Mechanical Engineer in the same company. Earlier career experience includes working as a Maintenance Executive at Felda Oil Products Sdn Bhd from May 1995 to October 1997. Muzaparshah holds a bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
