Tim Blayney

Tim Blayney has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Tim began their career in 1987 in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, where they served as a United States Army Armor Officer. Their responsibilities included leading a battalion as an Infantry Battalion Commander and serving as a Task Force Executive Officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom. In 2007, they joined Eastman Chemical Company, where they held positions such as Global Business Manager, Account Executive, Senior Market Development Manager, and Group Leader in Applications Development & Technical Service. Currently, they are working at Synthomer as a Group Leader and Americas Sales Director.

Tim Blayney holds a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 1983 and 1988.
