Mark Vlaanderen

Mark Vlaanderen is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of HR at Synthon since May 2025, Mark focuses on enhancing access to affordable medicines. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Nexperia, where responsibilities included driving company and HR transformation, as well as leading a global Center of Excellence in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Mark’s experience at Philips spanned multiple HR leadership positions, including Head of Talent Management and Head of HR for Philips IT, where strategic transformations were supported. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
