Edward Law

Edward Law currently serves as Vice President of Quality at Syntiant Corp., focusing on Edge AI quality assurance and cross-functional team leadership. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Backend Central & Supplier Quality at Micron Technology and Chief Packaging Expert at Huawei Hisilicon, where responsibility encompassed packaging assembly and system engineering for pan networking products. Edward Law has also held various roles at Broadcom, including Senior Director, Director, and Sr. Manager, leading teams in packaging design, technology roadmap development, and customer support across multiple business units. Edward Law holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and has further education from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
