Paul Henderson

Paul Henderson is the chief financial officer of Syntiant Corp. He has an extensive background in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, technical accounting and SEC reporting, including stints in ‘Big 4’ public accounting as well as public and private technology companies.

Prior to joining Syntiant, Paul worked with several early-stage technology companies in a chief financial officer capacity. His previous experience also includes various roles in finance and accounting with Conexant Systems (acquired by Synaptics), Hyperion Solutions (acquired by Oracle) and Marvell Technology Group. Paul began his professional career with Arthur Andersen in Silicon Valley and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Europe, working with both public and private technology companies. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and holds an active CPA license in the State of California.
