From 2006 to 2010, they were the Vice President of Business Development, E. Europe & C. Asia at ITT Defense International. From 2005 to 2006, they were the International Business Development Manager at ITT - Aerospace/Communications Division. From 2004 to 2005, they were the Business Development Manager at Signature Consultants, LLC.

Joel E. Villa received their MBA in International Business from California State University-Dominguez Hills between 2002 and 2004. In 2008, they obtained a Six Sigma Certificate in Engineering from the University of Michigan. Prior to this, they earned a BS in International Relations from Troy University between 1998 and 2002.
