Terri Knowles

Terri Knowles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Terri began their career in 1993 as a Regional Sales Manager at Discovery Toys. From 1997 to 2000, they worked at Avon Products as a Division Sales Manager, overseeing the largest division in the U.S. In 2000, they joined Syntrio as a Sales Manager, where they developed and trained a sales team. From 2004 to 2010, Terri took a break from their career to be a stay-at-home mom to their twins, during which they developed important skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and time management. In 2012, they returned to the workforce and joined Wake County Public Schools as an Educational Assistant, providing instructional support in the classroom. In the same year, Terri also started working at Syntrio, where they initially served as the Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for outbound marketing and generating leads. By 2018, they had been promoted to Regional Vice President at Syntrio. Currently, Terri works at Syntrio as a Sales professional, supporting organizations in managing risks, empowering culture, and accelerating performance through governance, risk, compliance, and human resource solutions.

Terri Knowles has a Bachelor of Human Resources Management degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Terri obtained this degree without specifying start and end years. Terri Knowles also holds additional certifications in Empathy and Allyship, Human Trafficking Fundamentals, and US Workplace Harassment Learner Selection, which were obtained in September 2022 from Syntrio.
