Leigh Cole

Leigh Cole has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Leigh's most recent role was as the Vice President of Operations at Syntron Material Handling, where they began in August 2022. Prior to that, Leigh worked as the Director of Operations at the same company from June 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Syntron Material Handling, Leigh worked as a Plant Manager at Adlam Films from February 2021 to May 2021. Leigh's experience at ACCO Brands includes positions as the Director of Manufacturing from February 2016 to February 2021, as well as the Engineering/Quality Manager from August 2010 to January 2016. Leigh's earliest work experience was as a Manufacturing Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. from December 2007 to July 2010, where they were responsible for developing assembly work cells, work content, and production standards. Leigh also worked as a Project Engineer at Georgia Pacific Gypsum from July 2003 to October 2007, managing capital and plant expense projects.

Leigh Cole has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. Additionally, they have an Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Northeast Mississippi Community College.
