Alex Puzakov D.sc., P.eng.

Alex Puzakov, D.Sc., P.Eng., currently serves as a Senior Digital Power Designer at Syntronic since September 2021, focusing on system and product design, prototyping, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Alex was the Head Power Engineer at GBatteries from November 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included the development of pulse mode power stages for automated test equipment. Alex also held the position of Leading Design Engineer at ABSOPULSE Electronics Ltd. from October 1999 to April 2016, conducting research and development of high-reliable inverters and control circuits. Earlier experience includes roles at Donbass State Technical University, where Alex led projects on uninterrupted power supplies and designed systems for industrial applications, and at PREOBRAZOVATEL Company, focusing on power supply testing. Alex holds a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in Electronic Engineering from the Institute of Electrodynamics of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a Candidat of Technical Sciences degree from the Moscow Institute of Power Engineering.
