Pouya Aflaki

Pouya Aflaki is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in RF hardware and power amplifier design. Currently serving as the RF Hardware/Power Amplifier Design Lead and Architect at Syntronic since March 2022, Pouya previously held the position of Senior RF Power Amplifier Designer and Architect at Mavenir from January 2021 to March 2022. Pouya's previous roles at Syntronic, the National Research Council Canada, and various academic institutions involved significant contributions to power amplifier design, reliability testing of GaN HEMT technology, and the development of advanced transmitter systems. A PhD holder in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary, Pouya's academic and professional background demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation and excellence in the field.
