Matty Katz

Matty Katz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Matty is currently serving as the CEO of Synvertec since May 2021. Before that, they were the CEO of Simultec from January 2018 to February 2021. Prior to their CEO positions, Matty worked as a Marketing Sales and Business Development Manager at SCD from 2013 to 2017. Matty also founded and served as CEO of Solecta from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, Matty worked as an Entrepreneur and Researcher at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2008, and as a Director of Product Marketing Management at Memlink from 2002 to 2003. Matty also held the role of Optical Communication Network Group Manager at Trellis-Photonics from 2000 to 2002. Matty's career began as a Program/Product Manager at Opgal, where they managed projects related to thermal imaging systems for the military and commercial market.

Matty Katz attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Finance. Later, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics (Electrooptics and Solid State) from the same institution. No specific start and end years were provided for their Ph.D. degree.
