Hediya Sizar

Hediya Sizar is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in program management, consulting, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at SYPartners, Hediya leads high-impact engagements with Fortune 50 executive leadership teams. Concurrently, as the Founder and CEO of House of Leyli, Hediya cultivates mindfulness rituals inspired by Persian culture through crafted meditative experiences and seasonal tea collections. In addition, Hediya holds a position as a Visiting Lecturer at New York University, teaching in both the Media, Culture, & Communication program and the Stern School of Business. Hediya has also served as a Senior Manager of Special Projects at NYU, overseeing initiatives for a global student body. Further contributions include advising for illume during its growth and acquisition, co-founding Bring on the Books Foundation to address access to books in the U.S., and working as an HR Generalist at Time Inc. Hediya earned an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from NYU Stern and a Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture, and Communication from NYU Steinhardt.
