Dan is a Syracuse native and currently resides in East Syracuse, NY. He graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in 1991. Dan started in the restaurant industry in 1985 and worked in Wyoming for a short period after earning his degree. Dan went on to own and develop two successful restaurants when he returned to the Syracuse area. In 2014, Dan joined the Syracuse Airport as the General Manager of all of the concessions before joining The Wolak Group in March 2016.
Dan enjoys both fishing and is an avid golfer in his time off. He has 2 beautiful children that are his pride and joy.
