Duane Serfass

Duane was born in Endicott, New York, and currently lives in the Southern Tier Region of New York. He has worked in the food service industry since 1992, most of which was in the full-service sector until his employment started with The Wolak Group in 2016. Duane has an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, along with a bachelor’s degree in Food Service both from Johnson and Wales University. Duane enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and spending time with his children in the great outdoors. If Duane is not working, you will find him outside in the woods.
