Lori Akins possesses extensive experience in accounting and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Accounting and Director of Human Resources at Syracuse Sausage Company since June 2012. Prior to this role, Lori worked at Frontier Waterproofing Inc from June 1998 to May 2010 as an Accounting Manager, Payroll Processor, and Human Resources Assistant. Additionally, Lori served as an Accounting Teacher for grades 9-12, BCIS Teacher for grades 6-8, and Coach for basketball, cross country, and softball at Ponder ISD from August 2002 to May 2004. Lori holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting Control Systems from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Collin College.
