Conor McCamley

Conor McCamley is an accomplished Senior Process Engineer at Syrah Resources Ltd since August 2021, with a robust background in metallurgical engineering. Previously, Conor held the role of Senior Metallurgist - Concentrator at BHP from August 2018 to August 2021 and served as Production/Project Metallurgist at Newmont Australia from June 2011 to July 2018. Early in Conor's career, roles included Contract Metallurgist positions at Rio Tinto and A1 Minerals, as well as Graduate Metallurgist at St Barbara Limited. Conor began professional development as a Vacation Student - Metallurgist at METS Engineering Group and Minara Resources. Conor holds a Bachelor's degree in Extractive Metallurgy and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, both from Curtin University, completed between 2005 and 2008.
