Rawan has held various leadership roles in organizations such as SAMS, The National Center for Human Rights, and DAI, overseeing projects with multi-million dollar budgets. Rawan is skilled in establishing efficient procedures, managing complex budgets, and ensuring compliance with donor regulations. Rawan holds a postgraduate degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management and has received an honorary doctorate in Humanitarian Leadership.
