Mouhammed Salim Al-Tarsha has over seven years of experience in information technology and human resources. Currently serving as an Information Technology Officer and previously as a Human Resources Assistant at Syrian Arab Red Crescent since April 2016, Mouhammed has developed a strong skill set in IT management. Prior experience includes the role of Information Technology Administrator at Vision Center for Training & Languages from January 2019 to October 2022. Mouhammed holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Kalamoon, obtained between 2009 and 2015.

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) is a Syrian humanitarian None Profit Organization. The society was founded in 1942, and admitted to the International Committee of the Red Cross in 1946. The SARC has 14 branches and 84 sub-branches all over Syria. based on volunteers, SARC has around 11,000 Trained Volunteers providing services in First Aid, First Aid Training, Disaster Response & relief, psycho-social support, health services, water and sanitation based on the fundamental principles of Humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, unity, voluntary service and universality.
