Paul Desaulniers, MBA, MPA has a diverse and multi-faceted work experience. Paul is currently the Director of Operations at Syringa Networks, where they have leadership responsibilities in planning activities, engineering, installation/maintenance, and facilities maintenance. Paul also supports business development activities and engagement with community and governmental partners. At Syringa Networks, they successfully planned and facilitated a conference for 60 company leaders with positive feedback.

Prior to their role at Syringa Networks, Paul was the Director of OSP at the same company, where they were responsible for planning, engineering, and construction of backbone builds and metro presence expansion.

Before joining Syringa Networks, Paul worked at MOUNTAIN, LTD. as a Senior Project Manager, leading remote project management teams. Paul successfully delivered telecommunication services to clients across 14 states and achieved operational success through a collaborative approach and partnerships with telecommunications leaders.

Paul has also held various positions at CenturyLink, including Regional Operations Manager and Supervisor - Region Operations. In these roles, they directed large budgets and teams, drove regional strategy, and maximized market penetration.

Earlier in their career, Paul served in the United States Navy as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science, teaching leadership and management courses, and as a Naval Aviator, where they flew combat missions and led aviation maintenance teams.
