Nelson Rajkumar

Nelson Rajkumar has a varied work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nelson is currently the Chief People Officer at Syrma SGS Technology Limited since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Nokia where they held two positions. From October 2022 to December 2023, they served as the Leader - People Experience Transformation & Program Management, and from July 2007 to September 2022, they were the HR Head - Operations, India. Before Nokia, they worked at Reliance Communications as the Lead - Talent Acquisition & Development from July 2006 to June 2007. Nelson also gained experience at Bharti Airtel Limited as an Assistant Manager - HR from November 2001 to June 2006. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Senior Executive - HR at Stepstone Ind. Pvt. Ltd from October 2000 to October 2001, and as an Executive - HR at Calsoft Labs India (P) Ltd, An Alten Group company from May 1998 to September 2000.

Nelson Rajkumar has a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Nelson also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Madras. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law from Sri Venkateswara University.
