Neera Jain

Neera Jain, PhD, MBA has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting at Wyeth Research as a Senior Research Scientist in Sterile Products. Neera then moved onto Synta Pharmaceuticals, where they held various roles in Formulation R&D, eventually becoming a Product Leader and Director. Currently, Neera is the Vice President of Chemical Pharmaceutical Development & Operations at Syros Pharmaceuticals.

Neera Jain, PhD, MBA, began their education at Daly College where they completed their high school studies. Neera then pursued a Bachelors of Pharmacy at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 1992 to 1996. Neera later obtained a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Arizona in 2001. Neera furthered their education by earning an M.B.A. in Finance from Iona University in 2006. In 2018, they completed the Women Leadership Forum program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
