Virginia Klimek

Dr. Virginia Klimek has a rich work experience history. Virginia served as a Clinical Research Physician specializing in Hematologic Malignancies and Medical Director at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from June 2000 to February 2021. In March 2021, they transitioned to the role of Senior Medical Director at Syros Pharmaceuticals.

Virginia Klimek, MD received their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1994. Virginia then completed their Internal Medicine Residency Program at North Shore University Hospital from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they pursued fellowship training in Oncology and Hematology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from 1997 to 2000.
