Katie Allen Kenney

Katie Allen Kenney currently serves as VP of Customer Experience at Syrup Tech, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Katie held the role of VP of Customer Success at Bitrise from April 2020 to July 2023, where involvement included enhancing the CICD platform for mobile DevOps. At Acquia, from January 2011 to April 2020, Katie advanced through various roles, culminating as Senior Director of Customer Success Operations, where contributions included developing budget reporting and scaling the Professional Services department. Additional experience includes product management roles at Eons, Inc. and a position as Senior Account Executive at DirectoryM. Katie earned a BA in Economics from Bates College in 2005.
