Jessica Bemlar has extensive experience in the field of management and consulting. Currently serving as Områdeschef and Local Manager at Sysav since May 2008, Jessica oversees operations and maintenance while handling budget responsibilities. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Consultant at VA-Teknik & Vattenvård AB from May 2000 to May 2008, contributing to the development of permit applications, environmental reports, self-monitoring plans, and control programs, as well as project design in AutoCAD. Jessica holds a degree from Högskolan i Kristianstad, which was completed in 2000.

Sysav, South Scania Waste Company, receives, reuses, recycles and treats waste from all households in the 14 owner municipalities where more than 726, 000 inhabitants live. Sysav applies an eco-cycle perspective, and its various treatment methods are based on sound knowledge. Waste must be regarded as a valuable resource and should, as far as possible, be recycled. Sysav recycles 98% of the waste into new materials or energy and only two percent is sent to landfill. Sysav fights for a sustainable society.
