Desaman Colomba

Desaman Colomba, CPA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as the Assistant Financial Controller at Sysco Canada Inc. since October 2021, Desaman oversees month-end closing and reporting for multiple legal entities, spearheads the annual operating budget process, and supports various departments. Previous roles include Senior Accountant at TIP Trailer Services, General Accountant at Sysco Canada Inc., Finance Manager at Brandix, and Experienced Senior Auditor at EY. Desaman holds a CPA designation from CPA Canada, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
