Marie-Hélène Côté

Marie H. is an experienced user researcher currently employed at Insights since January 2023. Previous roles include Senior UX Researcher at Voicemod from October 2022 to December 2022, and Senior Design Researcher at Vodafone from December 2020 to October 2022. Marie also served as a Service Design & Innovation Researcher at Skills Development Scotland from August 2017 to December 2020, and as a Social Researcher at The Lennox Partnership from January 2017 to July 2017. Early career experience includes a position as a Field Researcher at Toonspeak Young People's Theatre from October 2016 to January 2017, and as a Project Manager at Prague International Advertising Festival from November 2014 to June 2015. Marie H. holds an MSc in Research & Strategy from the University of Glasgow (2015-2016) and a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Charles University (2012-2015).
