Chris Maughan

Chris Maughan has extensive experience in industrial engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Warehouse and Director of Industrial Engineering at Sysco since February 2021. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at West Monroe Partners from June 2010 to October 2020, where responsibilities included leading transformational programs aimed at enhancing workforce productivity and managing large-scale engineering engagements. Key achievements include generating $75 million in annual labor savings in a managerial role with a major logistics provider. Chris also contributed to optimizing delivery operations at UPS and began a career with Franklin Computer Services Group focusing on IT project management. Chris holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
