David Yoshioka

David Y. is an experienced sales leader with a robust background spanning over two decades in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Region Vice President of Sales at Sysco since July 2021, David previously held various leadership roles at PepsiCo from July 2001 to June 2022, including Zone Sales Director and Market Sales Manager. Notably, David gained cross-division expertise within Frito Lay and successfully managed a team of 16 direct report managers and 200 frontline team members in a competitive market. David's tenure included oversight of a distribution facility generating over $42 million in revenue while maintaining efficient cost management and achieving financial targets. Additionally, David spearheaded the Mega City Initiative to enhance product penetration in key Bay Area markets and cultivated critical partnerships with major retail customers to drive sales growth. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
