Frederick C. Radie is an experienced food purchasing and sales professional with a strong background in the culinary and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Sales Consultant at Sysco since May 2015 and as National Director of Purchasing for IL Mulino New York since October 2014, Frederick has consistently demonstrated expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost control. Prior roles include Director of Purchasing at Great Performances Catering and Senior Purchasing Manager at DO&CO NY Catering, where Frederick successfully collaborated with culinary teams to optimize purchasing processes. Frederick's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Abigail Kirsch Catering, Waldorf Astoria Hotel, New York Athletic Club, and UPS, complemented by a culinary education from The New York Restaurant School and Bar Masters of Manhattan.
