Javed Akram

Javed Akram serves as the Principal Enterprise Architect at Sysco since April 2022, focusing on technology strategy, design governance, and digital foundation development. Previously, Javed held various roles at BD from August 2009 to April 2022, including Associate Director for Platforms Architecture and Solution Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and the end-to-end implementation of solutions in compliance and sustainability. Javed's earlier experience includes positions at The Dow Chemical Company and Rohm and Haas, where responsibilities ranged from SAP EHS process specialization to IT architecture and network engineering. Javed holds an MBA in Technology Innovation and Commercialization from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Applied Technology from Drexel University. Additionally, Javed earned a BCOM in Commerce from the University of the Punjab.
