Megan Eaton

Megan Eaton possesses extensive experience in commercial strategy and project leadership, currently serving in a strategic role at Sysco since October 2025. Prior to this, Megan held the position of Director, Strategic Project Leader at Bel from September 2022 to October 2025 and worked at Kraft Heinz in various capacities focused on innovation and process optimization from October 2019 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles at US Foods, Walgreens, and early career positions that spanned purchasing coordination and human resources administration. Megan holds an M.Ed. in Human Resource Development and a B.A. in Business Communication, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
