Nick Hartkorn has extensive experience in the culinary and sales industries. Beginning with roles as a Line Cook at Le Lan and Sous Chef at Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano and Azalea, Nick transitioned to the sales sector in 2012 as a Sales Consultant at Sysco. In this position, Nick manages over 30 customers, generating more than $10 million in sales while focusing on new business development, pricing strategy, and customer profitability. Notably, Nick has received numerous accolades, including the 2015 Marketing Associate of the Year and multiple Chairman’s Club Awards from 2014 to 2024. Nick holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kirkwood Community College and a Culinary Arts/Chef Training degree from the New England Culinary Institute.
