Previously, Ojan was the Executive Chef at ClubCorp from 2008 to 2010 and served as the Executive Sous Chef at Brennan's of Houston from 2000 to 2008. Ojan earned an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Art Institute of Houston between 1998 and 2000.
