Paul Hulyer

Paul Hulyer is the Head of Customer Marketing: Sector and BID at Sysco UK, where they support both current and prospective customers with Brakes food solutions. With over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Paul has held senior roles in Marketing, Operations, and Project work across various sectors. Previously, Paul worked with Brakes Group as the Head of Customer Marketing and held senior marketing positions with Mitchells & Butlers, overseeing significant brand expansions and managing substantial marketing budgets. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Leicester and a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from Leeds Metropolitan University. Outside of their professional life, Paul enjoys competing in half marathons, coaching youth rugby, and engaging in property development.
