Phu Lu

Phu Lu is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen management and culinary operations. Currently serving as a Culinary Specialist at Sysco since January 2021, Phu previously held leadership roles as Executive Chef at Morrison Living and Fat Cat Restaurant and Bar, where responsibilities included managing kitchen staff, controlling food costs, and developing menus. Phu gained foundational experience as a Unit Chef at Food for Thought, emphasizing training and scheduling, and as a Sous Chef at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, overseeing multiple kitchens and large teams while ensuring compliance with operational standards. Phu holds an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and further education from Robert Morris University.
