Sergio Carrillo

Sergio Carrillo, CPA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in internal audit and enterprise risk management. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Sysco since February 2025, Carrillo leads a global audit organization while advising senior management on control designs for new offerings and technologies. Prior roles include transforming audit functions at CHS Inc. and Spirit AeroSystems, where Carrillo developed data-driven, risk-based approaches to improve internal audit capabilities. With a history at Koch Industries and Amway, Carrillo has demonstrated expertise in creating strategic audit plans that align with business objectives. Carrillo's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan and a BBA in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.
