Ruxandra Grigoras started their work experience in 1998 as a Software Developer at Sinorg Roumanie. Ruxandra then worked as a Software Developer at znt Zentren für Neue Technologien GmbH from 1999 to 2001. In 2004, they joined Mainland Glory Software Limited as a Database Software Developer and Database Administrator. Ruxandra worked there until 2005 when they started working at Syscon Justice Systems as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Dev Lead.
Ruxandra Grigoras completed a five-year dual program in Computer Science and Economics at the Academia de Studii Economice din București from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained the Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification and the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certification in 2012.
