Colleen Lam

Colleen Lam is the VP of Legal at Sysdig. Colleen was previously the Head of Legal at InfluxData from January 2019 to May 2020. Colleen was the first in-house legal counsel for the Company and managed and supported all areas of the Company’s day-to-day business, with emphasis on scaling teams and processes to support YoY growth. Some of their current initiatives include enablement/training of WW sales organization and updating of commercial contracting templates to facilitate overall deal velocity; conducting a company-wide privacy/security assessment and implementation of best practices, including recently achieving Privacy Shield self-certification; and supporting the company’s product launch of its next generation cloud offering.

Colleen Lam received their Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law and their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Whitman College.

Colleen Lam reports to Suresh Vasudevan, CEO. Colleen Lam works with Paul Whitney - Chief Human Resource Officer, Karen Walker - CFO, and Shanta Kohli - VP of Marketing Demand Generation.
