Karen Walker

Karen Walker is currently the CFO at Sysdig, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to their current role, Karen served as the Chief Financial Officer at Bungalow from June 2021 to October 2021. In this role, they led the finance integration of CBS Interactive into CNET, including migration plans for systems and processes, and redesign of the accounting organization. Karen also served as the Controller for the combined CBS Interactive segment.

From March 2019 to June 2021, Karen was the SVP Finance at PagerDuty. In this role, they were charged with leading financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting and tax functions, with the responsibility for scaling these functions as a high growth public company. Karen also led investor relations during an interim period, helping to build the foundation for communication to the investor community including drafting prepared marks, key messaging, customer stories, Q&A and all supporting financial materials. Her role later expanded to include investor relations and internal audit.

Karen provided decision support to executives and leadership at PagerDuty by managing the team that drove the planning process for the long-term model, annual plan, monthly and quarterly forecasts. Karen reported business results to the Board quarterly and recommended guidance to the CFO and CEO. Additionally, Karen managed banking relationships, oversaw investment policy to preserve capital, and periodically made recommendations on capital structure. As a governance expert, they provided oversight for financial reporting processes including supporting their team with the implementation of a first-year SOX program.

Karen Walker has a BBA in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
