Susanna Firmo

Susanna Firmo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Susanna currently holds the position of Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Sysdig since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition - Global Tech, Marketing, G&A Recruiting at Sysdig from September 2022 to September 2023. From October 2020 to September 2022, Susanna worked as the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager at Sysdig, where they played a role in hiring across various locations. Before joining Sysdig, they worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Applicable Limited from April 2019 to October 2020. Earlier in their career, Susanna worked as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Talent from October 2017 to April 2019 and at REED from October 2015 to October 2017. Susanna has also gained experience in the aviation industry, serving as an In Flight Supervisor at flybmi from May 2014 to October 2015 and as a Senior Flight Attendant at Livingston S.p.A from March 2004 to May 2014.
