Jimmy Roa

Jimmy Roa has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and outsourcing industry. Jimmy started their career in 1991 as the CEO of SYSGEN RPO, a leading offshore Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider based in the Philippines. Jimmy was responsible for providing unparalleled recruiting support using skilled professionals. In 2006, they became the Chairman of Sysgen Outsource Inc., a BPO company that provided offshore CADD services to clients in the US, Canada, and Australia. Jimmy effectively executed intricate design projects. From 2009 to 2010, Jimmy worked as a Senior Consultant at Staffingforce, a recognized leader in the staffing industry, where they provided talent management solutions to a range of clients.

Jimmy Roa attended Ateneo de Manila University from 1966 to 1979. After completing their studies there, they then enrolled at the University of the Philippines from 1979 to 1988. No specific degree or field of study was provided for either educational institution.
